Harbour Centre Tower and Downtown Skyline
Harbour Centre rises at 555 West Hastings Street, its silhouette still instantly recognizable from across the city: a restrained office slab topped by the circular observation “crown” and antenna mast. Completed in 1977, the tower anchors the older business core near Waterfront Station, and its public face is the Vancouver Lookout, the viewing deck that made this building more than a piece of commercial real estate.
